About the role
- Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer you will be responsible for leading the design team to achieve exceptional creative outcomes.
- What you will be doing
- You will be responsible for the creative vision and campaign direction across in restaurant collateral and digital and social platforms
- Act as a key brand guardian, create and maintain consistency of brand messaging across Grill’d touch points in both print and digital.
- Ensure new projects are briefed to the team and manage the department work flow
- Grow the Grill’d image library by organising photo and video shoots for campaign and assist with content creation.
- Leading and inspiring the design team

**About you**
- You will have experience within a similar role - if you come from: retail or hospitality that is a bonus
- You will be an experienced leader who likes to grow and mentor your team as well as being hands on with design
- Strong experience with stakeholder management across all levels of the business
- Experience in project management and working to tight deadlines
- Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Creative Cloud apps.
