**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administer all customer order, manage requests and resolve associate issues for customers
- Analyze customer issues, determine causes and initiate corrective actions
- Prepare records and monitor results of customer and associate departments. Prepare documents for customers and follow up
- Manage internal and external customer and provide necessary customer support
- Ensure optimal level of transactions for customers and ensure absence of all issues
- Monitor all customer inquiries and complaints and assist in effective resolution of same
- Coordinate with customer and ensure optimal level of customer services
- Prepare solutions and ensure retention of all customers and associate business
- Analyze all issues of customers and new products and advocate appropriate resolutions from management
- Legal compliance and identify ways to improve policies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experiences as a Customer Care Officer in Fashion industry
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Customer care experiences in retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Digital communication literacy in order to type reports, results and details of customer interaction
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be available full-time and have full work-rights in Australia
