**Your Role**:
**As a Luxury Retail Security Officer with Challenger Security, you will**:

- ** Be the Face of Luxury**: Welcome each customer with a warm greeting upon entry and express gratitude as they depart.
- ** Safety First**: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
- ** Vigilant Monitoring**: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
- ** Informative Reporting**: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

**Requirements**:
**To excel in this role, you should possess**:

- Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days)
- Previous Retail Security or Concierge Experience (preferred)
- Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills
- Physical Fitness to Fulfill Duties
- A Friendly and Welcoming Customer-Centric Attitude with Strong Observation Skills
