Our organisation has extensive experience working with contract manufacturers from brand concept, development, production, sales, and marketing. **Roles & Responsibilities**:
Working in a small and highly effective team, your new role will involve the following duties & responsibilities:

- Manage handover documents
- Send out new product development (NPD) samples
- Manage finished product specs (FPS) by making sure they are signed and returned by the customer in a timely matter
- Manage label checks
- Follow up new product development (NPD) fees
- Follow up on sample feedback with customers or work alongside the Account Manager to follow up
- Manage any customer complaints
- Vet and Onboard new customers
- Work alongside Account Managers to book meetings with customers
- Manage credit requests
- Manage business trips for Account Managers e.g., book flights, car rentals, accommodation & confirm with customers availability & attendance for these trips
- Manage dispatch with the warehouse team and liaise with customers for their estimated delivery times

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a project & sales focused environment
- Food manufacturing or manufacturing background is highly desired
- Advanced administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
