**Position**: Sales Assistant
**Location**: 15 Meakin Road, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, K&B Security Doors and Shutters
**Employment Type**: Initial Casual transitioning to Permanent Full-Time
**Hourly Rate**: $32.175 (Casual), transitioning to $25.74 (Full-Time)
**About Us**: K&B Security Doors and Shutters is a family-owned company with over 25 years of experience, specialising in manufacturing and installing security screens and plantation shutters. Our flagship products, including Supa Shield, Infinity Shutters, and LouvreLock Shutters, lead the market in quality and innovation.

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-3:45pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and carry out tasks as directed by the Sales Lead
- Schedule and coordinate all real estate quote requests
- Monitor, respond to, and schedule quotes from social media and website enquiries
- Handle initial retail sales phone enquiries
- Assist retail customers in our showroom
- Process credit card payments via phone/cash transactions in-person
- Print, copy, and file recently entered orders from cloud systems
- Provide support for general administrative tasks as required

- Strong computer literacy
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Excellent organisational skills
- Natural sales aptitude
- Flexibility to assist across various administrative functions
