**The Opportunity**

Our growing Sustainability team is responsible for developing and executing Medibank’s Sustainability strategy and reporting across the business. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Head of Sustainability to support the implementation of Medibank’s Sustainability strategy and roadmap, including:

- Project managing Medibank’s sustainability reporting and ESG benchmark submissions, ensuring accurate and transparent disclosure of Medibank's sustainability performance.
- Sustainability governance including ESG policies and procedures.
- Respond to sustainability-related feedback and queries from stakeholders and communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders.
- Support projects aligned with our sustainability focus and build internal awareness and engagement.

You will play a crucial role in strengthening Medibank’s environmental, social and governance performance and engaging employees in our sustainability efforts.

**What we’re looking for**

You’re detail-oriented, good at planning, and quick to catch onto new things. You’ll know industry trends, build relationships easily, and be great at solving problems and meeting deadlines, all while juggling multiple projects independently and making a positive impact.

You’ll also have:

- At least 3 years’ experience in project management, consulting or reporting with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG Indices/Benchmarks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field.
