**About the role**

Our Sustainability team develops and executes Medibank’s ESG strategy and sustainability reporting across the business. As a Sustainability & ESG Lead, you will work closely with the Senior Executive, Sustainability to drive the implementation of Medibank’s ESG Strategy and roadmap.

This will include
- The development and implementation of best-in-class corporate policy, strategy, and direction on sustainability, maintaining ambitious, relevant benchmarks and other key indices
- Sustainability governance and reporting including ESG policies and procedures
- Delivering projects aligned with Group targets that further the sustainability agenda and build internal awareness and understanding of ESG

**About you**

You will also have:

- Excellent report writing skills for Board and executive-level communications
- Demonstrated abilities in project management, planning, and prioritisation across a complex body of work and stakeholders
- ESG index reporting and experience preparing Sustainability Reports within a listed environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
