West Coast Sheet Metal & Laser Cutting is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.

As an integral member of our Sales team, you will be the key point of contact across the region between West Coast Sheet Metal and our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Growing sales
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Adherence to safety and other policies and procedures

**Skills and attributes**:

- Proven success managing and developing high value accounts
- Sales experience in the manufacturing and fabrication industry will be highly regarded
- Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
- Be confident in making cold call customer visits
- Be a hands on, practical person with a good technical ability
- Estimating experience would be highly valued
- Have excellent business building and prospecting skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- A willingness to travel is essential
