We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Success Representative to join our team at our Head Office in Forrestdale.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. This position involves a multifaceted approach to customer engagement and has a diverse range of rotating job responsibilities. You will act as one of the primary points of contact for our customers alongside your fellow team of Customer Success Representatives (CSR).

This role is best suited for someone who is willing to develop multiple skills and enjoys a diverse range of tasks each week. We seek a proactive individual who embraces new challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.

**Some of your duties will include (alongside your fellow team of CSRs)**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Process payments.
- Booking appointments
- Generating quotes for clients based off client contact or plans.
- Scheduling for our TKDC clientele.
- Assisting customers from our HelpDesk regarding problems or questions about their orders.
- Investigate problems with orders and provide feedback to management.
- Assisting Trade Customers with enquiries.
