**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Business Development Professional** to join the **West Coast Sheet Metal**team in 2025. This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to serve as the key point of contact between West Coast Sheet Metal and our customers across the region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop new business development and identify emerging markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Represent West Coast Sheet Metal at trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance.
- Ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
- Adhere to safety policies and company procedures at all times

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in technical sales environments with a focus on tailored solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with customers
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently while managing travel schedules effectively
- Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and sales order processing
- Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms
- A flair for developing innovative, customer-focused solutions
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite
