Your role will be to implement the marking plan within the Marketing department. You will be working across all centres and your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Content development and some copywriting
- Managing website updates
- Open day event promotion and co-ordination and attending of open days and expos
- Local area marketing, social media, local and natural advertising across various media outlets
- Public relations

The role:

- Manage and ensure consistent branding of our childcare centres and offer support and guidance to our Directors with marketing tools and resources
- Manage marking across all of our Childcare Centres
- Work with management and meet financial performance objectives
- Direct reporting to the Head of marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suit (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Potential to learn about new areas of marketing (SEO, Adwords, WordPress, Facebook ads, etc)
- Involvement in implementing and creating new marketing initiative and ideas to ensure that each of our childcare centre in reaching maximum potential occupancy
- Liaise with stake holders and suppliers when required
- Ensure high quality branding at each centre and seek PR opportunities for centres

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person with significant experience that understands graphic design and marketing very well. You may have a passion for creating, engaging and persuasive marketing communications and social media content across all platforms.
- have experience as a similar marketing coordinator role
- hold a valid Working with Children Check
- have the ability to work in a high paced environment
- be willing to be proactive in implementing new ideas
- have highly developed time management skills
- proven excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- have a desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
- be bright, friendly and energetic
