**The opportunity**
We have a newly created **permanent, full-time **opportunity for a People Partner internally known as a **Team Experience Partner **to join our WooliesX team.
This position is **Sydney **based and will work flexibly in a hybrid model between home and our **Surry Hills **office.
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on our business performance through your exceptional partnering ability and talent in identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness. Your expertise in driving outcomes through strong relationships with business leaders will focus on building and implementing strategies in alignment with business plans.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Partnering across Digital Business Value Portfolios to identify and prioritise key capabilities to enable career experiences that find, grow and keep our talent
- Partnering with People Practices, Career Experiences Tribe to translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose initiatives to accelerate our digital and data ambitions
- Leading the development and implementation of key streams of work across our Digital Business Value Portfolios
- Ensuring all Team Experiences initiatives are aligned with our Group People ambitions to be inclusive, hybrid, and connected to purpose in a way that is team first, customer first, so that our team are set up to thrive now and into the future
- Leveraging data and insights across the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction
- Strategic Partner to business leader/s and People team, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and/or change management required to land programs of work
- Lead communication and reporting to the People Teams and Line Leaders on the Tribes agenda, prioritisation and any gaps/help needed
- Leveraging the Agile Delivery Cycle to ensure we are effectively communicating business requirements, prioritising work and making resourcing decisions to deliver the highest impact work
- Effectively collaborating within the WooliesX and People Operating Model to achieve strategic objectives, in partnership with stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs among conflicting priorities
- Track, measure and be accountable for achieving Tribe KPIs and success measures
**About you**
You have an exceptional ability to build lasting relationships and partner with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - a skill that has been developed through your previous experience in a strategic business partner role. You will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term, as well as the capability to diagnose issues and use data and insights to influence solutions/outcomes. You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner.
**In addition**:
- Experience partnering in a fast-paced organisation within the retail/FMCG industry is highly desired, as is working in a matrix-style organisation;
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading organisations through large-scale change and transformation, and
- Strategic and creative mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen and experience in demonstrating business impact and outcomes as a result of action taken
- Highly refined skills in partnering to interface effectively with leaders and peers at all levels of our organisation.
