Accounts Receivable Officer required for an exciting project opportunity, working for a leading business based in Wembley.

Our service industry client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start to support them with an ongoing project within their accounting team. Having been in operation for over 50 years, the business is proud to be a leader in their field and within WA.

Start: ASAP

Length: Minimum 3 months

Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible hours available

**Duties**:

- Reconciling customer accounts
- Investigating and resolving internal and external queries
- Updating internal systems accurately
- Investigating billing variances
- Producing management reports
- Ensuring that billings are issued to customers and payments collected.
- Ad hoc duties as required
- MUST have minimum 3 years Accounts Receivable experience
- Proven track record managing and resolving complex queries
- Intermediate Excel
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Resilient personality
- Ability to work in a team environment***
