**Location**: Goodna Family Medical Centre
**Position**: General Practice (GP) Manager/Personal Assistant to Director
**Salary**: Competitive, commensurate with experience ($70,000 - $75,000 per annum)

**About Us**: We are a dynamic and growing General Practice focused on delivering top-quality patient care. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Practice Manager/Personal Assistant to provide crucial support to our Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily administrative functions of the clinic, including managing systems, reporting, and compliance.
- Act as the Director’s Personal Assistant, coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Develop and maintain office procedures, systems, and reporting documents.
- Manage clinic communications, both internal and external, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and management of staff.
- Ensure patient care processes are optimized for efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (healthcare or medical experience is highly desirable).
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software. Website management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to create, manage, and report on clinic systems.
- Task-focused, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
