Medical Receptionist-

ClinRad Radiology medical Imaging Practice with a focus on patient care and not just the images. We provide a broad range of imaging services that help referrers optimally manage their patients care.

We are searching for an additional reception team member to join us at Goodna and Karalee Clinics

This is a part-time role.

The Role:

Reporting to the Practice Manager, your main duties will include:

• Meet and Greet patients
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner
• Data Entry and use of our patient software systems
• Assist referring doctors with patient records, reports and appointments
• Make patient bookings and maintain an appointment calendar
• Processing payments including bulk billing, Medicare claims and EFTPOS
• Any other duties as directed by the Practice Manager

This role requires attention to detail, and dedication to patient care.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

• Medical or Radiology administration experience
• Strong computer skills
• Be motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Show the ability to build rapport
• Be able to prioritise tasks
• Attention to detail
