**KPMG’s Resource Management** team play a vital role in driving the efficient and effective use of our teams to optimise productivity and profitability. As trusted business advisors, the team is responsible for the allocation of individuals to upcoming projects based on required skill sets and sector experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. The Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and management of resources across various projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Your Opportunity**

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Resource Management across the **Deal Advisory and Infrastructure**Portfolio. In this role, you will:

- Provide resource options to business stakeholders, considering offshore resources and engagement staff mix.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts, negotiating with engagement managers and reallocating resources as needed.
- Proactively follow up on key items that may impact scheduling accuracy and ensure swift resolution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for resourcing issues, acting as an ambassador for the Resource Management function.
- Proactively redeploy and manage available staff, collaborating with the relevant Resource Management team to identify opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in resource management, recruitment, customer service or administration preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
