**Description**: The Resource Manager reports to the divisional General Manager. The role will be to work collaboratively with the Account Managers/Directors, Client Acquisition, and Senior Management teams to plan and supply fit for purpose resourcing solutions for our customers and to proactively support business readiness requirements for the regional pipeline of upcoming and new business opportunities. You will own the supply and demand pipeline for your applicable division and be a pivotal member of the divisional leadership team.

**Responsibilities**: - Lead the day-to-day resourcing (identification and provisioning) to ensure appropriate capability for future assignments. - Align to Service Level Agreements with all stakeholders contained in the supply process. - Workforce scheduling and analysis - Workforce demand forecasting and supply analysis - Capacity planning - Workforce analysis and reporting (PowerBI) - Collation of data and information across inboxes, Microsoft excel, 2-3 internal systems for interpretation and analysis - Performance variance analysis - Continuous improvement activities - identify areas to gain efficiencies - Work with a range of internal and client stakeholders and clients, a positive, professional customer-centric approach - Contribute to building and delivering a safe and supportive work environment and culture for our people. - Ensure Hub and RaaS resource SR information is up to date at all times based on the latest information from the AM/AD team.
**Mandatory Skills & Experience**: - 5+ years experience in a similar role - Significant experience of IT Consultancy at a leadership level or equivalent. - Experience working in multi IT disciplines across multiple domains and methodologies. - Experience managing large remote teams. - Quality Engineering (QE) Industry Experience desirable. - Commercial/Business acumen What's in it for you?
