**Generous salary package** - In the range of $50k - $90k. Our consultants earn significantly over the General Retail Award through uncapped commission. We financially reward our team for sales results, product knowledge, training and teamwork.

From our humble beginning in 2007 with our first shop only fitting 99 bikes in the store, we are now the largest bicycle retailer in Australia and stretch across the globe with retail stores in the UK and New Zealand. 99 Bikes has a loyal customer base with over 1.6 million Club 99 Members in Australia, speaking to the incredible customer experience we provide in store alongside offering a huge range of great value products

Our vision is to be “The World’s Most Approachable Bike Shops”. Our shop teams are filled with driven consultants on the sales floor and skilled mechanics in the workshop. We find the outcomes that our customers want and reward our people for doing this. Our main support office is based in Brisbane, with some local on the ground support team members spread throughout the states.

99 Bikes is part of the Pedal Group where we sit alongside our wholesale and property businesses under one team umbrella. **About The Role**:
We are looking to employ high-achieving consultants who are motivated to provide one on one service to our customers and become successful at sales. You don’t need to know everything about bikes to start with as there is complete on the job training and support. We value those who want to constantly learn and improve. Each team has regular communication rhythms like Weekly Business Meetings and monthly 1 on 1 coaching and development. There are tiers of financial rewards as our consultants achieve with customers and upskill their knowledge of products. Customers are our first priority and when they are not in store we focus on working as a team taking actions to run a great business. There are varying shift times available and each Team Leader adapts the roster to meet the needs of each person and the customers. Some flexibility is available and there is plenty of weekend work if desired. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have excelled in the past and are looking to build a career with an industry leader.
