**About the role at Turo**

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Associate to drive our performance marketing efforts for guests and hosts in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven marketer to lead our paid acquisition strategy and play a crucial role in driving Turo’s ambitious Australian growth plans.

The Senior Growth Marketing Associate is a full-time position reporting to our Senior Manager, Marketing (Australia) - Anna Cheng

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically after 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Experimentation - Design and conduct experiments within a set budget to test hypotheses and evaluate findings for optimization of growth tactics
- Paid Social - Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
- Paid Search - Analyze and optimize advertising on search engine results pages through pay-per-result campaigns, including pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition
