Mutiny’s mission is to empower marketers and media leads through access to marketing investment analytics, shifting the perception of marketing being a cost to an investment, and provide a means to have better financial conversations around the short and long term impacts of marketing investment. We are a disruptor in the MROI space, providing fast, affordable MMM solutions to CMOs and their teams. We're already working with the biggest brands and agencies in Australia, and are rapidly expanding our US footprint as well.
We’re seeking a passionate, results driven growth marketer to help us accelerate our acquisition and growth aspirations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be an integral part of our team, driving growth across the acquisition funnel and demonstrating your ability to ramp up quickly and work effectively and autonomously.
You’ll be working with a team of curious, smart and analytical individuals, passionate about technology and who like working through a diversity of problems to solve. This includes working closely with product and engineering teams to develop lead generation tools, as well as our success and sales teams to leverage customer success stories and sales insights as part of your acquisition toolkit.
**What you’ll do**:
You will define, test and iterate processes that drive acquisition as we continue into our own next stage of growth; and in doing so, shape our approach to marketing more generally. You will be focused on acquisition, utilising a range of channels & strategies at your disposal, and work closely with our sales & marketing, customer success and product teams to shape our approach to growth. It’s a hands-on role with an ability to make big changes and have real impact.

**What we’re looking for;**
First and foremost, if you’re highly successful, results driven and want to be part of the next Australian unicorn.. We want to hear from you Some other specific skills that would help ensure you’re a success in this role;
- 3+ years demonstrated experience (and a passion for) driving customer acquisition, ideally with B2B or tech businesses
- You’ve managed growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth KPIs
- Well versed in developing growth tactics, setting up ad goals, targets and audiences.
- Developed and overseen the delivery of content development and execution strategy. This includes the writing and producing some of that content where necessary.
- If you’ve got Hubspot experience in particular, that’s a bonus but not a mandatory requirement.
- If you’ve got Wordpress experience, that’s also a bonus but not a mandatory requirement.
