ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in a tight knit team of professionals, you will support and coordinate across key CPD channels including conferences, workshops, and a variety of online delivery channels.
Working closely with learning partners, you will
- Set up and promote the delivery of CPD products by engaging with presenters, attendees and key stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional member experience, responding to member enquiries, being creative trouble-shooters
- Ensure operational effectiveness by all administrative tasks are undertaken accurately and in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and customer/member service skills who enjoys working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This role offers diverse responsibilities and would suit someone interested in process improvement and has a knack for systems and organisation. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in an agile and supportive team environment will be key to your success.
This position is offered as a parental leave contract until March 2026.
