We’re looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to be the vital link between our mainframe technology teams and the business. In this role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of mainframe upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and compliance activities—ensuring everything runs smoothly, stakeholders are engaged, and Westpac’s core banking services remain resilient and future-ready. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate disaster recovery and resilience testing, making sure we meet all compliance requirements (including CPS230). - Build strong relationships across technology, operations, and business teams—driving collaboration and accountability, even when there’s no project funding. - Communicate clearly, provide timely updates, and keep everyone aligned on what matters most. - Support continuous improvement in how we deliver, govern, and report on mainframe services. **What do I need?** - 5-10 yrs IT Service Delivery. - Strong understanding of mainframe. - Project management & service management. - Tertiary qualifications. - Technical or professional certifications. **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
