About the Role

The National Account Manager will be responsible for working with our dealers and distributors and is the ultimate team player to work within a high-cross functional & crucial part of the business. In this role, the incumbent will build relationships with our key retail stakeholders to support our ongoing expansion of business in Australia and New Zealand.

Your Team

In this role, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

What You Will Do
- Plan and develop business strategy for region assigned according to company directions.
- Collaborate with country partners to plan sales forecast and budget (sell-in and sell-through)
- Assist country partners in business negotiation within local context to maximize business opportunity in the best interest of the company.
- Provide holistic solutions in developing the market businesses to the benefit of HARMAN.
- Identify and propose business opportunities where available.
- Monitor country performance in terms of sales growth and market penetration.
- Perform timely business review with the country partners.
- Ensure all executions and plans adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Work with global product team to identify key product strategies and localize into assigned regions.
- Review and understand product key USPs and features.
- Identify and develop key product training scope with Training Manager for each specific region.
- Collaborate with CRM/ SCM to ensure high standard of sales logistics function operationally.
- Assist country partners in all product quality and warranty matters.
- Assist QC Manager in terms of product compliance matters for your regions.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of Sales & Marketing in Business Development, or related role.
- Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.

What is Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience of using database software.
- Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
