**National Sales Manager** to lead the commercial sales team to expand their market share in Clinical Diagnostics.

This key role is a hands on leadership role with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring a established sales team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working collaboratively with several departments across the organisation in a matrix structure, this role will be pivotal to the continuous success of the organisation in Australia and New Zealand. This will be an opportunity for a leader who will excel in the opportunity to scale up sales and drive change and innovation internally and externally.
- Manage and be accountable for the full P&L
- Lead and manage a team to deliver and meet business targets including team engagement, employee development
- Drive sales strategies for the region nationally around metrics, sales plans etc.
- Drive culture of continuous improvement
- Support and develop commercial team - forecasting, funnel management, CRM excellence etc
- Working closely with other teams across the organisation to deliver on customer satisfaction

**Key Criteria and Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar ANZ sales management role specifically with industry experience - clinical diagnostics
- Strong business acumen with excellent attention to detail
- Proven capability to work in a multi-national matrix like environment
- Previously experience and knowledge of working in a Clinical medical laboratory/pathology.
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Science or related Science qualification - Medical Diagnostics or Science and/or Business
- A hands on attitude with an excellent understanding of financial matters - funnel management, forecasting etc.
- Demonstrated change management experience who is results orientated
