Working for this top residential builder you will help their clients on their journey through the building of their new home. You will develop trusting relationships with your clients to ensure their journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. You will need to have worked for a builder to have a good understanding of the building process, contracts, variations and timeframes.
Internally you will liaise with the building supervisors once it goes to the site to ensure that timelines are being followed.
You will need to have a good understanding of HIA contracts, and attention to detail to ensure all contractual information is captured.
Ideally, you will come for a project home builder who is building over 100 homes for a year, but you will only be looking after up to 30 files at one time. Experience with Framework is ideal but not a pre-requisite.
I am ideally looking for someone that is confident in their decisions and management will support your decisions.
