**Your Opportunity**:
The role will ensure high standards of safety to staff, clients and visitors through compliance with the CHQ policies by:

- Leading and managing Facilities Management and Building Maintenance for the CHQ Community Health portfolio
- Manage building maintenance services and staff across CHQ including support and coordination for the outsourced FM contract
- Implement and maintain adequate policy, processes, systems and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient support of CHQ Facilities and Capital Infrastructure
