**Department Manager**

As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. It’s an incredibly, fun, dynamic and important role, because a big part of your job is supporting your colleagues and leading your team to reach your common goals and deliver the best customer experience. By listening to your teams ideas and helping them develop their skills, you’ll empower them to achieve great results.

**Visual Merchandiser**

As a fashion lover, you keep an eye on the latest trends and excel at styling and garment presentation, always putting the customer at the center of everything you and the store team do. Bring your commercial mindset and creativity to help the team deliver together an inspiring, relevant, and convenient shopping experience.
**Qualifications**
- Customer centric mindset.
- Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team.
- Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate our customers’ needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development or creating a great customer experience through visual merchandising.
- Must have full working rights for Australia.
