CATERING MANAGER YOU WILL:

- Oversee all catering operations on the day of your event.
- Collaborate with the chef on the day to ensure semless service
- Manage a team of waiters to ensure 5 start service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and serving staff.

as a catering manager you are expecyed to be patient, able to work well under stressful situations, and have a keen eye for logistics and problem solving.

WAITERS/WAITRESS
- Ideally will have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- A passion to learn
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
