Who are you?

We are looking to recruit passionate, positive, and motivated waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders. Each venue is unique and different, which means we have flexibility around the roles on offer as well as the opportunity to create and innovate as you grow with the company

You'll have a genuine love of what you do, a curious mind, and a natural ability to interact with every guest and make them feel special and welcome at our venues. If you have a genuine love of The Grounds with no previous experience, we still want to hear from you - we can train you if you have the right attitude

Responsibilities for waitstaff include, but are not limited to:

- Go above expectations to warmly greet, serve and facilitate The Grounds experience.
- Work as a team to inspire a beautiful and clean environment
- Maintain and ensure the high standard of our service and ensure that customers' expectations are always exceeded.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and offer timely assistance to customers in order to ensure that their needs are met.
- Resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer’s dining experience, promptly and efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer suggestions, making the ordering process as seamless as possible
- Assist guests with special dietary needs and recommend menu items.
- Bring orders from the kitchen or bar to customers, remembering where to bring each order, or maintain an organized record of the order to which you can refer.
- Clear plates as they’re finished, wipe down tables, and properly reset them with clean tableware.
- Maintain proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Provide guests with their bills in a timely manner and ensure all orders are properly listed and priced.
- Receive and process payments, operating the register, and return paid checks and receipts to guests.

Hourly rate offered is dependent on experience, plus superannuation
