**THE ROLE**

The YMCA of South Australia is seeking a Service Director at Riverbanks College Early Learning Centre. As a motivated and customer focused individual, the Director will establish and lead a highly dedicated and passionate team of Educators in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework.

Offering 76 hours a week, as a Full-time role, the Director will help create the highest quality customer service, further the social, emotional, and interpersonal development of children, and foster a supportive environment where children, families and educators feel safe and happy.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven Experience as a Service Director and experience in a similar Leadership capacity
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to staff including maintaining the standards of services
- Demonstrated ability to create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging all people in a friendly and approachable manner
- Tertiary qualifications in Children’s Services (relevant field)
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care” (RRHAN-EC) Training
- Current HLTAID012 Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education & Care Setting
- Current HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check Minimum of 3 years previous experience
