**What will you be doing?**
You will be responsible for the operational day-to-day detection, management and prevention of fraudulent transaction activity across multiple clients, both internal and external.

You will support the Operations Manager in managing fraud incidents, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure effective and efficient incident management resulting in minimised loss for both clients and customers alike.

You will support the continuous improvement and automation of fraud systems and processes.

What you'll do:

- Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity
- Record and manage investigations using the Fraud Detection tracking system
- Work with the Customer Support team to support victims of fraud and manage cases to minimise loss and resolve fraud risks
- Report on compliance with relevant regulatory body thresholds (e.g. AusPayNet)
- Support the Operations Manager in managing fraud incidents
- Provide support to business projects as required.
- Keep up to date with fraud indicators and typologies to proactively protect customers against new risks
- Implement improvements to the fraud risk and monitoring systems and processes

**Salary**: $84,000-$100,000 p/a depending on experience
