**About the Role**

This role will require you to provide support and assistance in the regulatory audits. You will be supporting the achievement of organisational objectives through provision of compliance audits. This will also involve conducting root cause analysis, providing recommendations/actions to address the root cause, monitoring of audit findings and assessing internal processes (both corporate and operational) to identify areas of process improvement.

**This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis located at our Head Office in Melrose Park.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Work effectively within a team and with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers and staff;
- Demonstrate a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, including a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; and
- Demonstrate a willingness to undertake intrastate/interstate travel as required.

You will be required to:

- Hold a current drivers licence;
- Hold a Certificate IV or higher in a related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Business, Commerce or Law;
- Post-graduate qualifications in an audit related field e.g. Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, Graduate Certificate in Internal Auditing (Desirable)

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
