Leadership of our frontline Support Worker team

**About the Role**

This is a **multi-focused position** with structured responsibilities across the week:
**Support Coordination (3 days/week)**
You’ll manage a manageable caseload of NDIS participants (Level 2), with a focus on:

- Weekly participant contact and check-ins
- Coordinating services and connecting with providers
- Managing Service Agreements, goal tracking, and funding utilisation
- Responding to complex needs and plan changes
- Ensuring compliance and meaningful outcomes

**Growth & Leadership (2 days/week)**
Your remaining time will focus on supporting the growth of Urban Buddy through:

- Leading, supporting and mentoring our team of Support Workers
- Providing informal supervision and guiding daily practice
- Contributing to rostering decisions, onboarding and problem-solving
- Identifying service gaps and improving delivery processes
- Building and maintaining referral relationships with LACs, providers, and community groups
- Attending networking events and helping drive responsible, values-aligned growth

**Occasional Gap-Filling Support Work**
While you won’t be rostered for regular direct support shifts, you’ll be ready to **step in and assist** when the team is short — helping maintain continuity of care when needed.

**What You Bring**

We’re after someone with strong initiative, grounded leadership, and a real heart for community support. You’ll need:

- Proven experience in **NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 minimum)**:

- A solid understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance
- Experience working with or managing frontline support workers
- Confident communication and time management skills
- A genuine, person-first approach — no sales tactics or shortcuts
- Ability to work independently while staying team-connected

Pay: $81,109.96 - $102,307.48 per year
