The Role

We're looking for a Production Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our kitchen and packaging teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team while coordinating tasks, ensuring quality, and keeping production flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with coordinating daily production tasks and workflow.
  • Working alongside the team on cooking, packaging, and cleaning tasks.
  • Supporting and guiding team members during shifts.
  • Monitoring product quality and following food safety/HACCP procedures.
  • Recording basic production data and reporting to management when required.
  • Helping to maintain an efficient, safe, and positive work environment.

You'll Bring

  • Previous food production or manufacturing experience (leadership experience highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.
  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with guiding others.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
