**Collections Supervisor / Manager | Pathology**

**The Company**
Our client is a well-respected healthcare provider and pathology organisation with a central laboratory in South Brisbane and around 40 clinics across Brisbane with more clinic openings in the pipeline.

**The Role**
In your role as Collections Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of the pathology team in the clinics across Brisbane.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor & coach the pathology team
- Participate in performance reviews and performance management of the team
- Training new team members
- Coordination of workflow processes
- Ensure adequate stock is maintained in rooms and equipment is maintained
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Deliver a high level of customer service

**About You**
- Minimum Certlll in Pathology
- 5 years of experience in pathology
- Previous experience with managing/supervising a team
- Able to work rotating shifts on a rostered basis
- Hold a clean and valid driving licence
