**Lovisa Opportunity**:

- Leasing Assistant for the Lovisa stores in Australia and New Zealand
- Negotiation of New Sites across the Australia and New Zealand portfolio
- Negotiation of renewals of existing store network
- Sourcing and securing mid lease abatements / rent reductions
- Advising stakeholders on Property related issues in Australia and New Zealand
- Gaining and maintaining strong network across both landlords and retailers to be able to leverage off those

contacts
- Determining sales expectation of New stores to ensure the sales verses rent ratio is sustainable
- Manage the lease renewal process to Lovisa advantage (this may involve delaying of or early renewals for particular

lease.)
- Construct other tactical and strategic actions that ensures Occupancy and IRR objectives are met.
- Regular interstate travel to secure new sites and inspect existing store network
- Ensuring the EBITDA of the company is growing with each deal
- Dealing with any other ad hoc property related matters from time to time
