**About the team**:
Coles Express makes people’s lives easier. Whether our customers are filling up with fuel, grabbing a snack-to-go or dropping by for essentials, our team is there when and where Aussies need us.

**About the role**:
As our Retail Leasing Executive, you will support the National Property Manager to market vacancies within the Coles Express portfolio and engage with external parties and agents that may have relationships with occupiers to maximise the exposure.

You’ll also:

- Engage with all internal and external stakeholders relating to the growth of new channels or formats
- Manage the marketing of the portfolio to increase exposure across all mediums
- Assist in developing and evolving the property strategy for existing and new markets
- Determine initial deal economics on new sites with Viva or other external stakeholders with ability to make recommendations
- Lead presentation of new sites and engage internal stakeholder input
- Monitor market trends and nurture relationships to select suitable parties to secure tenants and grow the portfolio

**About you and your skills**:
You will have extensive commercial property experience and demonstrate strong general knowledge of property and property related terms. You’ll be a brilliant communicator and negotiator with strong organisational and planning skills.

You’ll also have:

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and down to earth perspective
- Agents Representative Accreditation
- 3-5 years experience within the industry
- Experience in commercial negotiations for service station leasing and lease renewals would be advantageous, as would experience in service station development and construction
- Ability to present at a high level to various stakeholders both internal and external
