 _**The Role**:_

The Projects and Accounts Administrator role supports the Projects space. This role will work in conjunction with the Project Coordinator to ensure efficient handover from the estimating team, initial client engagement, facilitate scheduling and ensure to maintain project documentation and record keeping. This role will organise accommodation and freight services for distance works, overseeing fleet/asset management including coordinating repairs and servicing. Additionally, manage and process all monthly progress claims for all works completed to date and invoices, as well as prepare project financial reports.

- **Skills Required**:_
- Prior experience in project administration and/or project accounts roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, invoicing platforms
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong ability to multitask and work with various stakeholders
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and build relationships
- Be a team player
