**About our Opportunity**

This is a key position providing visibility and intel into our Australasian businesses and will see you providing procurement and analytical expertise through the use of project tools and reports. This role will have you not only work in partnership with regional operational managers but also work closely with the wider global procurement analyst team in Europe and the US as you implement global processes for the Australasia region. With a desire to be inquisitive, you will feel challenged and energized in this ever evolving role, it is a great opportunity to make your mark on this global organisation.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Monthly reporting including:

- create and lead accurate material forecast reporting
- supplier performance scorecard maintenance
- review of monthly performances for material inflation and deflation activities
- master data maintenance and data cleansing
- ad-hoc performance reporting relating to commodities, materials, and suppliers
- Maintenance of supplier contact detail records
- Monitor actual volumes and delivery patterns

**About You**

This is a disciplined role entailing a lot of data crunching, are you up for the challenge? We’re in need of a strong analytical procurement and purchasing individual, a highly analytical mindset and degree of financial acumen. Ideally your background would be from a complex manufacturing environment, with multiple SKUs in a made to order environment. Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Business or equivalent is preferred and certificates in inventory/procurement e.g. APICS or CIPS, desirable.

Your technical experience:

- advanced in Excel (aptitude for pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- ERP/MRP procurement systems, SAP knowledge preferred
- MS Power BI reports and data modelling, knowledge of SQL and relational databases’ fundamentals

This role can be based at any one of our business sites at Girraween, St Marys or Lansvale or if you don't live in Sydney the role can be based at anyone of our sites in Melbourne, Brisbane or Gold Coast.
