**The Role**

Our Vegetable Centre sells and maintains the specialist machinery that allows farmers to harvest potatoes, beans, carrots, spring onions and more If you see it in the vege section of the supermarket, there’s a good chance one of our machines has been involved in getting it there.
- Coordinating and supporting the administrative functions relating to the team’s day to day
- Undertaking the processes needed for invoicing, job closing, and reviewing machine, warranty and retail jobs
- Inputting data into systems allowing accurate reporting on work completed, work in hand, sales and business performance
- Providing parts ordering and receipting, stock taking and dealing with customer enquiries and parts administration

**Skills & Experience**
- Display a sound and organised approach to a wide range of administrative duties across several stakeholders - both internal and external
- Be well versed in Office 365, organised, and with excellent attention to detail
- Have a core desire to provide great customer service and have the communication skills to match
- Enjoy teamwork, and show independency, and initiative
- Be able learn and use a diverse range of software systems
