This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Senior Assistant Manager with ALH.

**What you’ll do**:

- As a key support to the Venue Manager, you will help lead the team, optimise operations, and ensure the venue's success
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue, including open/close, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
- Proven experience in leading and coaching a diverse team within hospitality
- Strong experience across gaming, food and bars
- Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Qualifications for your journey: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager licence
