**Manager - three girls fishing (Graceville)**

We’re looking for an **experienced, hands-on Manager** to lead our team at _three girls fishing_.
If you thrive in a busy hospitality environment, lead by example, and love working with people, this could be your next role.

**Role Details**

**Hours**: Tuesday to Saturday
- Tues / Wed / Thurs / Sat: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
- CLOSED SUNDAY + MONDAY

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, manage, and support staff, building a positive team culture
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle stock control, ordering, and rosters
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Jump in and assist in the kitchen or on the floor when needed - “can do” attitude essential

**About You**
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine “people person” with excellent communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Committed to consistency, quality, and customer care
- Flexible and happy to help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
