We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Bookings Administrator to join the team at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Guest Services Manager you will be responsible for effectively handling and coordinating all enquiries and booking processes to ensure we deliver a seamless guest experience.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Respond to all booking enquiries regarding schools, groups, tours and experiences and handling these enquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless booking process is followed within Accesso (booking system), ensuring all bookings are entered correctly and no double bookings are made.
- Send out confirmation letters and all relevant information once the booking has been made.
- Ensure a high standard of customer care is always adhered to for both internal and external guests.
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure you have up to date information about new campaigns, education updates and group programs available.
- Secure additional revenue by upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain contracts and relationships with guests as needed.
- Take ownership of the ticket donations process, following all processes and procedures surrounding donations.
- Take ownership of the issuing of Complimentary tickets and following all relevant processes and procedures.

**About You**

A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential, but to truly shine in this role you will also have:

- High level of planning and organisational skills required to meet the daily needs of the business.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
- Consistency in work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
- Demonstrate high level of computer literacy and systems capability.
