**Your new role**

This role provides end to end support and provide guidance in matters related to learning systems and related processes. The P&C System Analyst plays a critical role in liaising with stakeholders to obtain, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to Learning Systems. You will be tasked with:

- Providing timely advice for the learning system to business or outsourced partners on business rules and requirements, and provide clarifications as required
- Facilitating and coordination of functional documentation, support of testing initiatives and the resolution of problems as they emerge
- Play a key role in defect management. Ensure identification of root cause and ensure resolution management is appropriate and sustainable for the business
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify existing solutions, processes and procedures
- Assist in the facilitation and coordination of all appropriate Governance forums both internally (Platform, Portfolio alignment) and with external vendors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technical/Systems Analyst and/or Support experience across Learning Platforms.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and top level communication skills.
- Learning Management Systems experience highly desired
- A technical mindset and ability to understand tech requirements.
- Degree in IT or Human Resource Management - Desired
- Ability to design and implement processes associated with Learning technology
- Change control and enhancement management.
- Agile Project management.
