Test Analyst Contract Opportunity

You will work in a leading Australian development and management property group, specialising in residential, retail, office & industrial and build to rent sectors.
As a Test Analyst, you will work on a business transformation program delivering new processes enabled by a modern enterprise-wide technology platform and a single source of truth for data across projects, assets, financials, documentation, and approvals - providing greater oversight and deeper insights for their business.
**Your new role**
- Hands-on experience understanding the requirements, able to analyse, design, create and execute tests aligned with sprint goals.
- Execute test cases for distinct phases of testing - SIT, UAT and End-to-End testing.
- Confident using JIRA and Zephyr for test cases writing, test cycle creation and can raise, track and report on issues.
- Supports Test Lead to deliver test plans in large complex transformation program covering all disciplines of testing including functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Engage business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
- Working collaboratively in project team to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives.
- Establishing a robust and repeatable regression testing capability for the product/system.
- Identify need for test automation, look at where efficiencies can be made using automation and implement Automation framework.
- Collaborate with internal or external team members to plan all applicable test phases to ensure that applicable test phases are successfully completed and documented and there is a plan for problem resolution.
- Enthusiastic tester, who enjoys a challenge, who is flexible and adaptable to change, who is willing to learn and has eye to details and is a problem solver.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Min 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst in multiple complex transformation projects ensuring an overarching testing approach with varying priorities.
- Test design and execution covering scenarios of low to moderate complexity and functional testing via both the front-end and back-end of solutions.
- Experience with mainstream test management platforms and tools.
- Ability to create high-quality testing-related artefacts (including test cases and test summary reports).
- Good understanding of BI Reporting including financial reports, Salesforce, CRM platform, and SharePoint.
- Property and Development Management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and provide solutions to meet project needs/timelines.
- Demonstrated experience with Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid models of Software Delivery methodologies.
- Extensive experience of Integration testing, API tests, SIT, UAT, E2E testing.
- Strong IT Testing experience & understanding of the SDLC with Shift-Left approach mindset.
- Experience in automation tools, processes and methodologies needed to improve efficiency and quality
- Analytical, with critical thinking skills and able to run analysis of issues / bugs.
- Good communication skills to stakeholders at all levels, experience with vendor management.
