**The Role**:

- A large Financial Organisation is looking for a CRM Tech Lead - to manage and implement Dynamics 365 on a Permanent Basis
- Sydney
- Permanent Role
- $150 - $170k Package including Super

**Your Responsibilities**:

- The Technical Lead will be responsible for the design, delivery, engineering practices, operational health, availability, stability, and performance of CRM End-To-End Solution.
- Define, establish, follow and embed engineering practices and procedures within the platform team including Design guidelines, coding standards, appropriate development and test practices, tool and automation of delivery and operations - e.g. CI-CD, Monitoring, Health checks, Alerting, Incident/ problem Management, Release & change management
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and partners in the organisation to lead Change (development, delivery), incident/ problem management activities including managing on-call support, service restoration and root cause analysis/ resolution

**About You**:

- Overall 8+ years of relevant IT experience involving Design and Development
- Design and Development experience in Dynamics 365
- 3+ years in critical transactional cloud systems preferably Azure
