What's so exciting about this role? As a Tech Lead you'll guide an engineering squad, driving delivery excellence and owning a technology roadmap that aligns seamlessly with our business strategy. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guide engineering squads in decision making and problem solving
  • Mentor and support developers, fostering a cooperative and high performing team culture
  • Own solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability needs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to translate product vision into technical deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement across development processes and team practices
  • Oversee 24x7 Level 3 support for squad owned capabilities, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications / What you'll bring
  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and paradigms, with the ability to write clean, efficient code and adapt to new technologies as needed
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, and Lambda
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
  • Lead incident response efforts, following established procedures for troubleshooting and resolution
  • Proven leadership experience, partnering with team members to identify their goals and develop action plans to achieve them
  • Exposure to implementing CI/CD for software development
  • Background in finance or banking would be highly regarded
