**About Us**

Located in Bibra Lake, Magellan Power has been manufacturing and supplying high-reliability DC & AC power systems and associated equipment since 1991, providing customers with rugged, reliable power solutions especially built and tailored to specific project needs & Australia’s harsh conditions.

We are looking for an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker to join our team in a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**
- Analysis and repairs of all defective parts, machines, and equipment in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Developing more effective testing and repair techniques and procedures.
- Tests and examines products, machines, and equipment in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Ensures all products, machines and equipment are 100% functional.
- Must maintain a detailed working knowledge of all Magellan products, machines and equipment.
- Operating knowledge of ABEL and other control systems.
- Continually working on more efficient ways of testing.
- Follows internal quality assurance procedures and reports on all QA issues relating to the design or supplier.
- Ensure tools are maintained and calibration is current.
- Ensure that test specifications are filed on the server.
- Adheres to Magellan’s quality assurance procedures and testing stickers are maintained at all times.
- Works autonomously and with others to find timely and effective solutions to faulty boards/machines/equipment.

**Required**
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering **or **Tertiary qualification in Electronic Engineering (an advantage) **or **Cert IV in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant solid experience
- Relevant commercial and practical experience in the field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Draftsight / Solidworks (advantage)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Keen to details and work focused.
- Time management Skills
- Communication Skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bibra Lake, WA 6163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
