The University Portfolio Management Office is looking to appoint a Head of Enterprise Change within our Portfolio Management Office (UPMO) on a 2-year fixed term period basis.

**Responsibilities of the Head of Enterprise Change**

Join our team as the **Head of Enterprise Change**, where you’ll lead the development of a unified approach to business transformation. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the enterprise change framework, ensuring effective governance and fit-for-purpose change strategies across UTS.

You’ll foster collaboration within the change community, promote best practices in change management, and drive continuous improvement in how we approach organisational change. Additionally, you’ll focus on enhancing change capability and managing the recruitment of change professionals to support our evolving needs. Be at the forefront of shaping impactful and sustainable change initiatives

**Required skills and experience**

We are seeking an experienced change leader with significant experience in large, complex organisations and a proven track record in delivering impactful change initiatives. You’ll bring expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and governance, alongside exceptional communication skills to craft plans, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.

With a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on risk management, you’ll foster cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Your ability to develop and mentor change teams and facilitate cross-functional groups will be key to driving successful outcomes in this dynamic role.We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships and influence others.

You’ll excel at fostering collaboration and driving consensus on change management best practices by engaging closely with key stakeholders across the business. Prior experience delivering on change in the higher education sector, is highly desirable.
