As
**Payments Analyst** you will be responsible for processing payments, narrations, allocations, rejections and reconciliations. You will be an integral part of our Operations team, ensuring service standards are achieved through effective management of workflow systems, quality checking, ownership of day-to-day administration of our processing framework and ensuring compliance with investment policies and operational procedures

**Your core activities will include**:

- **Payment Processing**:

- Process ANZ domestic & International payments (Third Party, Nominated, Regular, Direct debit, BPAY).
- **ANZ Client Cashbook Narrations** - Update narrations for ANZ client cashbooks.
- **Allocation in ANZ** - Manage and process unallocated transactions to client accounts in ANZ
- **ANZ Rejection**:

- Reject debits / credits in settlement accounts
- **Reconciliations - **Internal Systems to ANZ
- **Record Keeping** - Maintain records as required to ensure the payment process is transparent to regulators and external auditors
- **Procedures** - Development and maintenance of documentation
- **Planning**:

- Prioritise workload to ensure all activities are completed/authorised on time and within agreed deadlines

**What you will bring to our team**:

- Your knowledge of cash payments, cash reconciliation, settlements, distributions or a background working for a WRAP Platform, Custodian or Fund Manager
- Your strong analytics skills and financial reporting experience, preferably from a fund management environment or related businesses (Accountant, Finance, Billing Operations)
- Your project management, negotiation, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills enabling you to thrive in continuous improvement and the resolution of complex issues
